Vacant Snow Castle
A downloadable adventure
A cyclopean castle built of snow. A thousand feet wide and spires a thousand feet tall.
A giant gate of solid ice. There's a gap to crawl through underneath.
No signs of life inside. Is no one home?
The snow giant King and Queen are out touring their domain—the giants have all left the castle. When the cat is away the mice will play, but the giants will return sooner or later. So hurry up, and steal as many treasures as you dare before taking your leave!
This adventure was a submission to the One Page Dungeon Contest 2022.
It works as a stand-alone one-shot, and can also be included directly as Location 8 in the snowy point-crawl exploration adventure Merry March in the Winter Wood.
System neutral, but was written assuming Cairn by Yochai Gal (cairnrpg.com).

yo when i print this the left side gets cut off. are you able to add some margin or upload a pdf where there are two separate pages?
Hi, so cool that you want to print this! The margins were quite tight to fit the one page format, just 4 mm. So probably an issue for most printers yes, one can possibly use the Shrink oversized pages printer setting.
I made this with a word processor, so it's going to be a little fiddly to make a new version, I'll see if I can get around to it.
ok no worries if not I will make a version of it and print that to use with my group :) I already printed march through the winter woods and I wanted to run this as well. In my world I already was planning on having a giant's castle in a snowy place so this castle works perfectly!
