The Rock Face

Old man Trym, made out of rock
Hard and tough, a massive block
Rude and nasty, like a fiend
Old man Trym was no one’s friend

No one wanted talk with him, 
Passing time, did on a whim,
Counted trees, he counted sheep,
Bored himself and fell asleep 

Old man Trym sleeps like a stone
Rock-a-bye, a pretty tone
Thousand years now he has snored
Pray he sleeps for thousand more

One day he from deep serene
wakes and wonders where he's been
Maybe he has learned something
Or returns to bullying
